Susana Dolado Rudilla is HR Director at Santander Consumer Finance – Greek Branch and brings over 20 years of experience within Grupo Santander. She began her career in the Group’s global corporate learning team, contributing to the definition and implementation of international learning and development strategies. She later moved into senior HR Business Partner roles closer to the business, supporting organizational transformation, talent management, and leadership development.
Currently based in Greece, she leads the HR function in an international context, aligning people strategy with business objectives and corporate standards across borders.
She holds an Executive Program in Human Resources from Instituto de Empresa (IE), a Degree in English Philology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and further academic training from the University of Edinburgh.
