Business Mission to Spain 25-27/05/2025

The Hellenic-Spanish Chamber of Commerce proudly participated in and supported a three-day Greek business mission to Madrid, focused on reinforcing economic cooperation, enhancing exports, and fostering investment between Greece and Spain.
Day 1 – Institutional Networking at the Greek Embassy
The mission began with an official networking reception hosted by Ambassador Aglaia Balta at the Greek Embassy in Madrid.
In his keynote remarks, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Tasos Chatzivasileiou, PhD, highlighted Greece’s strategic interest in the Spanish market and the vital role of extroversion in international positioning.
The event was a strong expression of institutional support for activating new bilateral synergies.
Day 2 – Hellenic-Spanish Business Forum at CEOE
On May 26, the Hellenic-Spanish Business Forum was held at the CEOE headquarters, bringing together leading Greek and Spanish institutions:
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Enterprise Greece SA, SEV, EBEA – ACCI, SEVE, the Greek Embassy in Spain, the Cámara de Comercio Hispano Griega, and the Hellenic-Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
Chamber President Michael Kokkinos opened the “Business Success Stories” panel, where speakers from Iberdrola Renovables Internacional and ACUIDELTA S.L. shared valuable insights on investment and cross-border cooperation.
A networking reception followed, facilitating further engagement among delegates.
Day 3 – Visit to the Madrid Chamber of Commerce & B2B Session
The mission concluded with a high-level visit to the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, where President Ángel Asensio Laguna and Deputy Minister Tasos Chatzivasileiou emphasized the new momentum in Greek–Spanish economic relations.
The subsequent B2B networking session enabled direct dialogue and collaboration between Greek and Spanish enterprises.
The Hellenic-Spanish Chamber of Commerce is honored to serve as a bridge between the two business ecosystems, continuing to build long-term trust, strategic partnerships, and shared prosperity.
