In support of the “Frozen Seafood Promotion Program”
( https://seafoodonice.gr ), as funded by the European Operational Program for Fisheries and Sea 2014 – 2020, Enterprise Greece SA organized an innovative tasting evening, on Monday, 25 September, at Balthazar Restaurant, in downtown Athens, where the renowned Chef @Christoforos Peskias prepared original dishes, based on frozen seafood ingredients.
